Casper teams with PLUS to introduce CBD Sleep Gummies

Online mattress leader Casper has teamed with PLUS to introduce bedtime gummies infused with CBD and melatonin.?The gummies sell for $35 and are contained in a “sleek tin.” They shouldn’t produce a high, the company says.

Casper talks about the new partnership on its website.?“Sometimes we all need a little help drifting off to dreamland,” the company says. “So, we teamed with the experts at PLUS to make dozing off a little sweeter. Enter CBD Sleep Gummies, your new favorite bedtime companion.”

CBD, Casper says, is “known for its calming properties” and is a compound derived from the hemp plant.

In a question-and-answer section on the website, Casper answers the question: Will CBD make me feel high? Its answer: “CBD should not get you high.” It says the cannabis plant contains two separate compounds, CBD and THC. THC is the intoxicating ingredient. The CBD Sleep Gummies do not contain any THC.

The gummies come in blueberry, grapefruit and blackberry tea flavors.
